Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please visit our help center for more information. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions using the contact form in the help center. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to; special orders, personalized items, back orders and preorders. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for on-sale items, discounted items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

 

Lost/Missing Packages

We strive to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. However, in the event an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process, we regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible. We kindly request you to carefully verify your billing and shipping addresses before you finalize your order. In the rare circumstance that an error has occurred on our part, rest assured we will accept full responsibility and rectify the situation at no additional cost to you. Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages reported stolen after delivery.

 

Restocking Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and non-warranty or non-damage-related returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

 

Returned Shipments and Cancelations 

We kindly request our customers to verify the accuracy and completeness of the address provided during order placement, as well as to promptly pick up or reschedule deliveries with the courier or local post office as needed. In the event of an error, failure to pick up or reschedule, or an incomplete address leading to the item being returned to us, the cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer and deducted from any potential refund. Please be aware that any cancellations or exchanges will incur additional charges at our full shipping cost of the item. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
